Purpose: In order to measure effectiveness, one needs to compare 2 factors. This pre-test measures your content knowledge and skills related to the New York State Social Studies Standards before and after instruction. This test will include content that may be familiar to the students. Students will complete the post-test in the Spring. The goal is show growth in areas related to reading and writing in social studies.
The test includes 5 documents to analyze and an essay. Students will have 55 minutes to complete this test.
